אתר NakedEarth - Yoga & Pilates Equipment | נייקד ארט - ציוד יוגה ופילאטיס מקצועי

(להלן: "האתר") מופעל על ידי חברת פינלן קפיטל השקעות בע"מ, ח.פ. 514581941 (להלן: "החברה", "אנחנו" או "המותג").
מדיניות זו נועדה להבהיר כיצד אנו אוספים, שומרים, משתמשים ומגנים על המידע האישי של משתמשי האתר, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), תשע"ז–2017, וחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), תשמ"ב–1982.

1. איסוף מידע אישי

בעת השימוש באתר, אנו עשויים לאסוף את המידע הבא:

  1. מידע הנמסר על ידך מרצונך החופשי – בעת רכישה, הרשמה לניוזלטר, או פנייה לשירות לקוחות: שם מלא, כתובת, טלפון, דוא"ל, כתובת למשלוח, ופרטי תשלום (נשמרים רק אצל ספקי הסליקה המורשים).

  2. מידע טכני ואנליטי – כגון כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן, סוג המכשיר, מערכת הפעלה, נתוני גלישה ופעילות באתר.

  3. Cookies (עוגיות) – משמשות לשיפור חוויית המשתמש, התאמת תכנים, מדידה וניתוח סטטיסטי. ניתן לחסום או למחוק עוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן.

2. מטרות השימוש במידע

המידע האישי יישמר וישמש לצורך:

  • ניהול הזמנות, תשלומים ומשלוחים.

  • מתן שירות לקוחות ותמיכה.

  • שליחת עדכונים, מבצעים, והודעות שיווקיות בכפוף להסכמתך המפורשת.

  • ניתוח ושיפור חוויית המשתמש ותפקוד האתר.

3. שמירת מידע ואבטחתו

  • המידע נשמר במאגר מידע של החברה, בהתאם לדרישות החוק.

  • החברה נוקטת באמצעים סבירים ומתקדמים לאבטחת המידע, לרבות אמצעי הגנה טכנולוגיים וארגוניים למניעת גישה בלתי מורשית, חשיפת מידע או שימוש לא ראוי.

  • החברה עושה שימוש בפלטפורמת Shopify ובספקי שירות בינלאומיים המאושרים ומחויבים לאבטחת מידע.

  • עם זאת, לא ניתן להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת, והמשתמש מוותר על טענות בגין נזקים עקיפים שנגרמו עקב חדירה בלתי מורשית למידע.

4. העברת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

החברה לא תעביר מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים אלא במקרים הבאים:

  • לצורך תפעול האתר והשירותים – כגון חברות סליקה, שילוח, שירותי אחסון ענן, ודיוור אלקטרוני.

  • אם הדבר נדרש לפי דין או צו שיפוטי.

  • לצורך הגנה על זכויות החברה או צדדים שלישיים.

  • במסגרת מיזוג, רכישה או העברת פעילות עסקית.

כל העברה תבוצע תוך שמירה על פרטיות המשתמש והגבלת השימוש למטרה שלשמה נמסר המידע בלבד.

5. העברת מידע מחוץ לישראל

החברה עשויה להעביר מידע אישי למדינות אחרות (כגון שרתי Shopify בחו"ל).
העברה זו תתבצע רק לספקים המעניקים רמת הגנה נאותה בהתאם להוראות סעיף 11 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות.
השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה להעברה זו.

6. זכויות המשתמש

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, עומדות לך הזכויות הבאות:

  • זכות עיון – לעיין במידע שנשמר עליך במאגר החברה.

  • זכות תיקון או מחיקה – לבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שגוי, חלקי או לא מעודכן.

  • ביטול הסכמה לשיווק – בכל עת ניתן להסיר את ההסכמה לקבלת דיוור שיווקי באמצעות לחיצה על “הסר מרשימת התפוצה” או בפנייה לכתובת info@nakedearth.co.il.

7. דיוור שיווקי (“חוק הספאם”)

החברה תשלח הודעות פרסומיות רק למשתמשים שנתנו הסכמה מפורשת לכך.
בכל הודעה תינתן אפשרות הסרה מיידית מהרשימה, ללא עלות וללא צורך בהסבר.

8. תקופת שמירת המידע

המידע יישמר כל עוד הוא נחוץ למטרות לשמן נאסף – לרבות לצורך עמידה בחובות משפטיות, טיפול בתלונות או לצורך ניהולי לגיטימי של החברה.
